The hotel was a fabulous base for enjoying a shopping area, right by all the shops and malls as well as the Dortmund center. We had a great stay in our big size room with a view of the trade entrance. The location of the property was marvellous - within easy walking distance of a cultural center...

The stay was excellent. Everything was great, incredible staff, magnificent location just next door to a metro station + beginning of the pedestrian street with all the shops and malls, the center of town, and restaurants. There was a nice bar with good service.

The hotel is conveniently located across from the shopping centre, making it ideal for families with children. The rooms were clean and recently painted, providing a comfortable stay. The reception area had comfortable sofas on each floor for relaxation, perfect after a day of shopping. The buffet-style breakfast, although a bit pricey, was sufficient to start the day. Taxis to and from the airport were readily available.
Felt super comfortable, no reason to complain.
